Secondly, the size of the product and the production speed are also important factors. Large products may require customized labeling machines of special specifications, while high-speed production lines need to choose equipment with higher labeling speed and stability. In addition, the type and accuracy requirements of the label will also affect the selection of the labeling machine. For example, high-precision electronic label labeling may require a more advanced visual positioning system.

Flat labeling machines are mainly used for labeling flat surfaces of products, such as paper boxes, plastic boxes, etc.; circumferential labeling machines are specially used for labeling the circumferential surfaces of round objects, such as bottles, cans, etc., and can achieve labeling of the entire circle or part of the circumference; side labeling machines are suitable for labeling the sides of products, whether it is a flat side or a curved side; multi-angle labeling machines can label on multiple sides of the product, and can adjust the angle according to different product requirements. In addition, there are some special function labeling machines, such as special labeling machines for transparent labels, which have special flattening devices to avoid bubbles.

When installing a labeling machine, first ensure that the installation site is flat, dry, and the surrounding environment is clean to avoid dust and moisture affecting the equipment. The equipment should be installed on a stable workbench whose load-bearing capacity must meet the weight requirements of the equipment. At the same time, pay attention to the distance between the equipment and other production equipment to facilitate operation and maintenance by operators. When connecting the power supply and gas source, strictly follow the requirements of the equipment manual to ensure that the power supply voltage is stable and the gas source pressure meets the equipment requirements.

When debugging a newly installed labeling machine, first debug the mechanical part to check whether the transmission parts are flexible, whether the conveyor belt speed is uniform, and whether the position and angle of the labeling head are correct. Then debug the electrical part and set various parameters, such as labeling speed, label length, label position, etc. Then conduct a trial labeling to observe the labeling effect. According to the trial labeling situation, adjust the labeling pressure, labeling speed, label positioning and other parameters until the labeling quality meets the requirements. During the debugging process, pay attention to safety to avoid accidental start-up of the equipment and cause personal injury.

The parameter settings of the labeling machine include label length, labeling speed, labeling pressure, labeling position, etc. The label length needs to be accurately set according to the actual label size to ensure that the label can be completely attached to the product. The labeling speed should be adjusted according to the product conveying speed and the performance of the labeling machine. Too fast or too slow speed may lead to inaccurate labeling. The labeling pressure should be moderate. Too much pressure may damage the product or label, and too little pressure will cause the label to be loosely attached. The labeling position should be accurately adjusted according to the labeling position on the product to ensure that the label can be accurately attached to the predetermined position. In addition, for some special products or labels, other parameters may need to be adjusted, such as label spacing, labeling angle, etc.
